I have been trying to identify the local willows and find it very difficult from the other books on trees and shrubs and flowering plants and the websites I normally use. I found that closely following the detailed FNA descriptions of the different willows was most helpful. And although the information is available on the eflora website, having the ability to underline, notate and flip from one to another was useful.
This is a huge project, the most extensive reference for plant taxonomy in existence. THE reference for serious taxonomy hobbyist or professional.
