My son was infatuated with a similar bat book at the doctors office so I got on amazon and found this one. We have read it about a million times already. Great pictures and lots of fun facts. The price can't be beat!
I bought this bat book for my5 year old grandson! He LOVED it! Great pics, good info and the size is good! He is enjoying it now but he will still love it at 8 and 10 when he can read all of the in-depth info! Good job Nat Geo!
My 3 year old son loves bats and adored this book. It has awesome facts and very bright and colorful pictures. He has me read it to him a lot! This book contains simple language but is very informative.
I am a bat researcher and was looking for books that would help my kids become interested and understand more about bats. This book has accurate information, addresses several myths, and is wonderfully illustrated. I would recommend this book for anyone.
A Fabulous book for beginning readers. The pictures are fascinating and the descriptions informative yet easy enough for an average 7 year old reader to grasp. My grandson loved this book.
Nice book. I purchased for my classroom for second graders. It is a very nice book with great information and illustrations. Great price. Fast shipping.
My grandson, seven, loved this National Geographic Kids book on bats. They are his favorite animal right now and he's advanced enough to read it by himself. Always good information from National Geographic Readers presented well as usual.
My 6 year old is in to every kind of animal, but bats are always cool. We both learned a lot reading this book and while bats are still cool, it was good for him to learn that not all bats want to suck blood. :)
