Not many, but I would have preferred having every card left in with a mention of not current/usable, etc. vs outright omitted. One card that comes to mind as I write this being "Maria Stone" only listed as a Antitribu Gangrel and leaving out the Ahrimanes version. And a few of the cards lack alternate pictures.Otherwise, this is a perfect (and physically solid) book for those looking for an introduction to strategy and deck types, and the rest who just would like a visual card list.

I wouldn't list this item in good condition. I just received it and am quite disappointed. The cover is damaged and has ink all over it! I love this book and author and was going to use it as a focal point in my book collection. Now I can't do that. I'm off to look for a better version....

I enjoyed the photos, but did not care for author's interviews. I found the interviews to be predictable and at times immature and narcissistic.

I love this book. It is esthetically gorgeous. The text reveals the depth and complexity of these amazingly talented choreographers elicited by compelling and often humorous questions. I think Rose Eichenbaum's images and accompanying interviews show tremendous respect for her subjects. And they respond in turn by revealing so much both in front of the camera and as they speak to her of their art. If you are curious about who has been or is responsible for American dance today, you will want to read this book. Bravo!

Masters of Movement is a book for every lover of dance , dance student and those whose hearts belong to dance. Each and every interview cements the idea of the connectivity of our creativity. The author has done a great deed assembling these moments for us to enjoy. It is wonderful that she was able to interview these creative creatures before some of them "moved on". Highly recommend it for anyone who has enjoyed: ballet, modern dance, jazz dancing, movies with a dance theme and those old Hollywood movies that had any kind of dancing in it. This book has something for everyone.

I expected to be wowed by the photos in Ms. Eichenbaum's book, as I have attended some of her photography exhibits. What I did not expect was that I would be so entertained by the interviews! I am not very familiar with the world of dance but with her interviews, she has portrayed the spirit, the style and the passions of each individual -- they are all very inspirational. And with the photos and the prose combined she has really captured the essence of these dancers. You do not need to be a dancer to appreciate this book!

As an artist and art educator, I am enthralled with the photos in this book. The design elements and knowledge of art and dance all combine to create a beautiful presentation of each dance artist. The wonderful part is that the dancers are shown in their own environment. The love, absolute love of what they are doing shows in every face. The text is something you want to sit down and absorb over and over. This book is not only for one familiar with dance, but lovers of photography and the arts also. Can't wait for more!

Never before have I encountered a book with such rich content dealing with the dance field and---photos no less, that truly capture these interesting and provocative dance artists. Not only did the book peak my interest about the field, it inspired me to consider going to the theater for a evening of dance--something I haven't done in years. James A. Morone (B.A., Middlebury College, and M.A. and PhD, University of Chicago) is Professor of Political Science at Brown University and five-time winner of the Hazeltine Citation for outstanding teacher of the year. A renowned scholar of American Political Science, Dr. Morone, an award-winning author, has published eight books including The Heart of Power (2009), Hellfire Nation (2003), and The Democratic Wish (1990). He served as President of the Politics and History Section of the American Political Science Association from 1999-2000 and the New England Political Science Association from 2002-03. He has been on the board of editors for eight scholarly journals and comments on politics in The New York Times, The London Review of Books, and The American Prospect.Rogan Kersh (M.A. and PhD, Yale) is Provost and Professor of Political Science at Wake Forest University. A leading scholar in American Political Science, Dr. Kersh is best known for his work on health reform, obesity politics, and interest groups/lobbying. From 2006-12 he served as Associate Dean of the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, where he built an undergraduate program, helped conceive and create NYU's new campus in Abu Dhabi, and was integral in the launch of a new Global Institute of Public Health. Had to buy it for class but it came in great condition and fast and it was easy to read and I love that it went over main points. One of the best textbooks I’ve had

A ton of money for a book that doesn’t even have a binding and is filled with information that is found easily online. Huge disappointment and waste of money, cannot believe all my money got me was a bunch of loose leaf paper

Got it for class, unfortunately only needed to use it for looking at pictures :')

This book is heavily used and had rent stickers on it but all pages are there!

Blue bottom on front cover is brief edition & black at the bottom is the regular edition. There is a difference in the way it is set up. My professor said it was the same but when we got into studying for exams I struggled. 90% of the class was lecture so when she assigned reading I couldn't find what she was asking for. Parts of chapter 4 in the regular addition are in chapter 3 in the brief. Know which one you need for class. The covers should have more changes than a color stripe at the bottom to distinguish which book is which. Getting the wrong book will make an easy class hard. I learned the lesson the hard way so you wouldn't.
